Battle Capacity 2013 Changelog note, when discussing frame data, this game registers frames at 1/100. Many normal attacks have had minor frame tweaks, the pattern being mostly increasing the startup of most light attacks, and increasing the hitbox duration of jump attacks. These won't be listed individually. b. Hit and hurtboxes have been tweaked for some normals, generally increasing the range of some attacks and making both anti airs and jumpin hitboxes stronger. These won't be listed individually. c. Grab startup time has been increased (in proportion to the light attack increase) and most grab ranges have been improved. d. Storymode glitches have been fixed. This includes graphical issues, misarranged post-fight quotes and in-match abnormalities. e. General hit reaction inconsistencies have been corrected. Certain juggles that were not universally consistent before should be more broadly applicable. f. The taunt and refill command has been changed to 6246F. Taunt at range, refill at close quarters g. Walkspeed has been slightly increased across the board. -Arghonaut- a. ABC Cut startup time has been increased from 5 to 10 frames. -Cascavian- a. He should no longer suffer temporary loss of Water Pulse if one of his pulses disappears past the side edge. b. 3A can now be cancelled into 3B and 3C. c. 3B has a *wider* window to cancel into grab. -Colssoil- a. 4B functions has a better anti-air, but can no longer juggle into itself. b. Horn Drill (super) has a lowered startup time, increasing its useability. -Cyclohm- a. Forward dash has been slowed, somewhat diminishing his ability repeatedly juggle Tri Attack into itself. b. jump.B no longer increases his fallspeed dramatically. -Fidgit- a. His jump arc is slightly higher. -Kitsunoh- a. Made it less likely to Teleport accidently. -Krilowatt- no changes aside from minor box and frame tweaks. -Pyroak- a. He should no longer suffer temporary loss of Energy Ball if one of his shots disappears past the side edge. b. Energyball recovery has been increased from 29,30, and 31 to a flat 35. c. Flamethrower startup has increased from a ridiculous 2 to 10 frames. -Revenankh- a. Restored the hitboxes on 4B to some of its former glory. b. Startup time for C Power Whip has increased from 5 to 7. In conjunction with some of his normal attack changes, this actually makes it easier to tick throw with under specific circumstances. c. A Power Whip's grab range has been increased. -Skulloton- a. He should no longer suffer temporary loss of Bonemerang if one of his 'rangs disappears past the side edge. b. His ability to juggle certain characters in the corner with 5C near-indefinitely is gone. -Stratagem- a. He should no longer suffer temporary loss of Ancientpower if one of his rocks disappears past the side edge. b. Meter gain has been slightly improved. c. You can now cancel a Paleo Wave into Giga Drain (super) as soon as you fill your meter bar from a successful hit. This allows you to Levitate in (spending some meter), hit twice with Paleo Wave, and cancel into Giga Drain having refilled your bar to full. -Syclant- a. Fixed issues where certain characters would fall out of C Fury Swipes when used in a juggle. b. far.5B can no longer be linked into from light attacks. c. A Fury Swipes startup time has been increased from 4 to 7. -Tomohawk- a. His infamous Air Slash cancel infinite has been removed. b. 4B has been made into far.5B, no longer requiring a command input (close.5B remains but with better frame advantage) c. 3C can longer be comboed into, but has had its range and height covered increased dramatically. d. Colour glitches on his alts have been corrected. -Vitalimar- a. Vital Throw wallbounce now bounces every character at a consistent timing and angle. b. Is your daddy. -Voodoom- a. Abnormally long wakeup time has been decreased to being merely long.
